Residential Design - 2021

Brief

This project is to design the resident for the specific user with the requirement to reflect her unique sensibilities with her hobby of traveling and exploring the world. The spaces also providing extra area for her parents visiting sometimes as well as the specific zones and function for her own family someday in the future.

User Analysis

She is fashion marketing who loves the history, architecture of cities, and traveling as well. She spends time on Southeast Asian beaches and in chic little hotels in Asia's major cities during traveling. She collects maps, old and new, of her favourite cities and one of her hobbies is cartography.

Site Analysis

The details of Triple Y residence: Exterior appearance of this building is zigzag pattern that makes the building looks more interesting. it's in the residence building of mix use "Samyan Mitrtown"
